I’m a warrior for Christ, called to set women free and equip them to walk in their God-given identity, authority, and purpose. As the founder of Fit 4 The Kingdom Outreach, I merge faith and fitness to help women reclaim their original design—mind, body, and soul—through biblical truth, intentional movement, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

In 2005, I stood at the edge of destruction—trapped in shame, battling suicidal thoughts, and nearly choosing abortion. But Jesus stepped in and rescued me. I’ve been to hell and back, but the enemy didn’t win. What the devil meant for harm, God is using for a mission: to break chains, bring healing, and set the captives free.

I don’t do religion—I do relationship. I fight for women to move beyond dead works and into deep intimacy with Jesus. I carry a heart for post-abortive women, not only to prevent abortion but also to bring healing and restoration to those who’ve already walked that road of loss and suffering.

As an international speaker and spiritual warrior, I lead with boldness—engaging in intercession, advocacy, and global mobilization. I also lead a local 40 Days for Life campaign, believing prayer and fasting still change things. Inspired by Isaiah 42:6-7, I serve as a last line of defense and a first sign of hope for LIFE!

Currently, I’m writing "Ring of Fire"—my raw, unfiltered story of my journey into hell and the Savior who never left me alone there. He chased me down with His redeeming love, no matter how far I ran in shame. These are the things we are afraid to talk about in church - but it is time for us to boldly let the light of Jesus shine into the darkness.
